is this real life?

well, i've officially quit my current job and accepted a new one (not in that order, of course) we are moving to truckee, ca (lake tahoe) and i still can't believe it's happening. every time i tell someone, i feel like i'm lying or telling someone elses story. i found, what sounds like, my dream job- an interior design firm in a small mountain town that incorporates yogic spirituality. the owner would like to semi-retire phasing herself out and me in. so i'm free to create my own designs, incorporate more kitchen design and grow the business as my own (without taking that kind of risk!) it's an incredible opportunity that cannot be passed up. and it's in lake tahoe! (did i mention that?) how can you not fall in love with this place?!?!

eeek! i think it's the most emotional adventure i've ever taken. i'm uber excited one minute and in tears the next. this should be interesting.
